Editor – Mr Roger Abbott
Roger Abbott is an experienced journalist who has been reporting on the agricultural industry, the environment and politics for newspapers and magazines in Southern Africa and Europe for the past 20 years. While living in South Africa and Zimbabwe, Roger worked for several national newspapers and the Durban-based Farmers Weekly. He moved to England as a Foreign Correspondent, specialising in agriculture and politics, for the Argus SA group of newspapers in 1980. He decided to stay here and has held senior editorial positions on several publications, including Farming News, British Farmer, the Portsmouth News and Pig Farming. He has been working as a freelance journalist since 2000.

Publisher – David Jacobmeyer
David Jacobmeyer has been working in the publishing industry for the last 10 years, mainly specialising in business to business publications. During this time he has launched and managed the further growth of a number of different titles across various sectors. In this way David has developed a good working knowledge of many industries including shipping, oil and gas, catering, aviation and farming. For over 2 years David managed the national advertising within the National Farmers Union’s publication – The British Farmer and Grower. He then worked as a freelance sales executive on products including magazines, product books, events and e-newsletters before creating DJ Media and launching Energy Now in September 2007.
